Fall 2002 Recital
The Fall 2002 student recital, presented by Richard Spross was held on November 9th 2002 in Berkeley. Five students presented a number of pieces, including works by Narvaez, Carcassi, and Fernando Sor. In addition, guest artists David Gutierrez (guitarist) and Sara Ayala (vocals) presented a flamenco performance. David and company have performed locally for years in the Bay Area flamenco scene and are highly regarded by all who have attended their authentic flamenco performances.
